3. I’m a cleaner. How do I confirm or decline a booking?
- You’ll receive an SMS with the booking details. Reply “YES” to confirm or “NO” to decline. Update your availability in the app to avoid conflicts.
4. How can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
- Homeowners: Reply to the SMS confirmation with “RESCHEDULE” or “CANCEL,” and our team will assist. Cleaners: Contact us directly to adjust your schedule.
